This policy is only applicable for items bought directly from Q-parts. If the item was bought through a retail store, please contact the store and follow their return policies.
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Q-Parts. Notify us immediately within 72 hours of receipt. We will then issue you a RA number (return advice number). You will need a RA number to initiate either of the following.
Wrong Items - All wrong items will be fully replaced. After receiving your RA number, you have one week (7 days) to return the wrong item to us. Please note that the item must be returned in original and new condition. We cannot accept it if the item shows any signs of use. We will then send you a replacement. If it is determined that an error was made on our part, Q-Parts, will bear all subsequent shipping costs.
Defective items - All defective items will be fully replaced or refunded. After receiving your RA number, you have one week (7 days) to return the defective item to us. Item must be in original condition and not altered in any way. If it is determined the defect was due to negligence on our part, we will replace the item or give you a full refund including shipping/handling costs.
Not Satisfied with item - All unwanted items will be refunded. After receiving your RA number, you can return the item to us and you will recieve a refund less a restocking fee of 15%. You have one week (7 days) to return the unwanted item to us. Please note that the item you are returning must be in original and new condition to quality for a refund. Shipping costs for unwanted items will be borne by the customer.
