Returns

•  Merchandise must be returned within 15 days, provided the product is returned in its original packaging with a copy of customer’s Invoice.  All returns are subject to restocking fee of 15%.  If the reason of the return is our error, full credit (plus freight) will be given.

If your package arrives at Q-parts within the 15-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Q-parts.
